Howell, MI - Chad's breakout performance fueled the Coolers to their first victory of the year, as they defeated the Packers, 35-21.

The Packers used a more balanced approach on offense. Each player on the Packers caught at least once pass, and no Packer player had more than one touchdown on the day.
The Coolers took the lead for good when Alex caught a 11-yard touchdown pass to put them up 28-21. Alex showed great concentration by catching a tipped ball for the score.
The Packers had a chance to tie the game at 28-28 when Landon intercepted a pass and tried returning it for a pick-6. Landon did not hear the whistle on the play. He was ruled touched down as soon as the interception was made, giving the Packers the ball on the 50-yard line instead of the pick-6.
